At balanced Movement Pilates we design a program for each client based on medical history and desired goals. With a maximum of 3 clients per sessions we provide you with better attention than most studios. Our programs cater for those requiring management of daily aches and pains, rehabilitation or improved athletic performance. We utilize several pieces of pilates equipment and the corealign to help us achieve your goals. Our large, purpose built studio is situated in a relaxed, sun filled environment, overlooking a tranquil garden vista in the heart of Black Rock.
Previously a scientist, Tracey draws upon this training to analyse body movement patterns. She delights in approaching problems in a variety of ways to provide you with the best possible outcome.
11 years teaching experience including 2 years working in osteopathic clinics
Interests include back pain and scoliosis
Practicing pilates for 17 years
Constantly updating knowledge and refining teaching methods, attending workshops regularly
Dip Prof Pilates Practice, Cert 4 Pilates Instruction, Core Align Units 1 and 2, Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness
